Traklo privacy notice
When you create an account, connect Shopify, or subscribe to a paid plan, Traklo collects the information needed to operate the product and support your team.
What we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and password hash, Shopify store connection details, operational data synced from Shopify, and billing status for paid plans.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, sync store data, calculate dashboard metrics, manage subscriptions, and improve Traklo's onboarding and reporting experience.
Analytics
The site uses NanoCorp's analytics beacon to measure page visits and understand product usage. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage
Account, Shopify connection, and subscription data are stored in Traklo's PostgreSQL database and handled on the current Vercel-hosted application stack.
Requests
If you need an access, correction, export, or deletion request, contact Traklo using the email address tied to your account so we can verify the request.
